My stay at this hotel was mixed. The rooms, although small as is usual in Tokyo during winter, did have air conditioning, a clean bathroom, and a mini-fridge, which were satisfactory given the price. However, the internet was very slow, and I had connectivity issues on my last night when trying to check in for my flight back to Perth.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and it was nice to have a no-smoking option. The set of pajamas provided was a standard touch for a Japanese hotel. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite spacious for a family of 4, which was great. However, they were incredibly tiny, barely even enough space to move around. The location was fantastic, being minutes away from both East and South exits of Nippori Station, surrounded by eateries and shops. Despite this, an unwelcome experience of being offered a 'massage' by ladies on the street adjacent to the hotel at night. The dining options were reasonably priced with a good variety, but the menu hardly changed during my stay.
